Terms
and Conditions for Acapulco ACA Airport Shuttle Service
Reservations - 2
days Advanced Notice Required: Please book your Airport Shuttle
Service at least 2 days prior to your arrival in Acapulco. This will
allow us time to make the necessary arrangements and send you a
confirmation e-mail. You will be sent information regarding the
arrival procedure in this e-mail.
Prices: Our prices
are per seat for a round trip between the Airport and hotels in
Acapulco Metro Area. Children under 2 years old travel free when
accompanied by an adult.
Need to Change the
Arrival or Departure Time or Day?
Changes for individual
travellers (those not travelling in a tour group): Please give us
24-hours advanced notice for changes to arrival or departure dates or
times. With at least 24-hours notice, possible surcharges will be
avoided.
Changes for Groups: We require 3 business days notice to
make changes to the arrival or departure date or time for groups.
Our Cancellation
Policy: We will refund reservations less $15 USD processing fee only if
the airport transfer is cancelled at least 2 business days prior to
arrival.

Arrival to
Acapulco LTO International Airport: Upon arrival to the airport, our
licensed English (and Spanish) speaking staff will be waiting with the
passengers names on a sign. Passengers will then be taken by
comfortable and air conditioned vehicles directly to their hotel or
another specified destination.
Departing
Acapulco: Please remember that most airlines require that passengers
be at the airport 3 hours prior to departure flights. We can only give
passengers a 10 minute lee-way before departures, so please be prompt.
Departure details for individual travellers, such as time and location
will be arranged during their arrival. Departure details for group
travellers will be set up with the group coordinator.
Transportation:
Your airport shuttle will be a clean, comfortable and air conditioned
van, bus or taxi depending on the number of travellers in your
party.
Our Direct Airport
to Hotel Shuttle Service will ensure that you spend more time on your
vacation rather than making numerous stops along the way to your
hotel. We would like to make it clear that we are not in any way
affiliated with, promoting or sponsored by timeshares or other such
organizations. We assume NO responsibility if passengers agree to take
part in these sales.
